What this site is
Information about Exalto Ventures and the services it offers. Nothing on this site is an offer to contract, and nothing on it is advice on your particular circumstances.
The readiness scan and the calculators
The readiness scan is an indicative self-assessment based on answers you provide about your own firm. It is not an audit, not an attestation, and not a prediction of any investor’s decision. It cannot observe your evidence and it does not verify anything you enter.
The calculators produce estimates from assumptions that are stated alongside the result. They are a way of framing a decision, not a substitute for making one.
Independence
Exalto builds control environments. It does not audit, attest to, certify or issue an opinion on any system it builds. Nothing on this site should be read as Exalto certifying its own work, and Exalto does not describe itself or its systems as SOC 2 certified or SOC 2 compliant.
Third-party references
Statistics on this site are attributed to their source where they appear. They are reproduced in good faith and are not warranted by Exalto. Third-party names are used descriptively and imply no endorsement in either direction.
Availability
This site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, though we would like to hear about it if it is not.
